server connection issues

hi
is there anything you can do 
we race at 8 o clock and most races we never get the qualifying results
most of us are locked out of the race until way after the race has started which depending on what push level you start on the tyres are wrecked by the time you get in
tonight I was way clear in 9th and lost server connection with 3 laps to go
managed to get back in on the last lap and lost a position 
there are some serious connection issues In most of our races not just myself but for most of us in the race
the league is the international racing league

The same has happened again tonight some were late for the race and couldn't get in 

I'm in the same league and can confirm everything said. Also this has been going on for quite a while now. Quite a few members of our league are getting very frustrated with it. We can't replay the race or start the season again when we experience these issues because of the nature of the game, so the bugs are having a lasting consequence. It seems to be getting worse not better. 

Just to add some more information, this has only been happening in Elite. I’m in the Pro tier from the same league. Pro tier is working fine, but Elite has been broken for the past 2 races.

I'm also in the Elite league with Andrew and Vee. Regarding yesterdays race, The servers were not permitting loading of the race until almost 3 laps in. Also the game lost server connection with only 3 laps to go and it didn't come back until after the race had finished (which was a little frustrating when running in 2nd with boost remaining).
Whilst this is first time I have know server connection being lost at the end of a race, it is becoming a regular occurrence not to be able to get a connection until after the race has started.
Hope there is a way of resolving this.

Hi José, thanks for reporting. Hopefully this gets fixed soon, I believe users still had difficulties to log in (and stay connected) to today's race in Elite. Please keep us updated should the developers find the issue and reach a fix.

That was indeed the case for tonight's race. Again, the problems seemed to be much worse in Elite than in Pro or Rookie, with users having to re-connect several times during the race. See below a few user messages from today:

Vee Seven: Well that race was appaling. Probably the worst ever. Lost count of how many times I had to quit and rejoin

andrew higgins: ye give up in thee end left the race with half kers left

Rob Wake: I was playing through the app today, from about half distance the game froze almost every lap, including the last lap when there was boost to use.... I've invested a lot of time in this game, and am currently not very pleased.

Jason Chen: Really? In Pro we only had 1 freeze today, on lap 49.

Joao Pereira: Happy to get in the points, bit another bad race..car to slow. Race froze almost every lap.

Antonio Silva: I got my first points too but with frozen at all time couldn't do better

I couldn't manage to log in to watch the race live today, but I did experience some jumps in connection myself two races ago, using laptop and a stable network. Please let us know if you manage to make any progress, or identify why this is happening particularly in Elite and not in any of the other levels.

Tener que esperar un dia armar estrategias estar pendiente de todo, toda una temporada para lograr tener un coche decente que pelee por victorias y cuando al fin tienes ese coche no te deja entrar a ver la carrera, cuando no es en 51% es en 61% que se queda, es bastante frustrante y molesto a la vez, si siguen teniendo estos inconvenientes son muchos los que se iran, no puedes modificar la estrategia no puedes cambiar el empuje al igual que usar el kers, prácticamente regalar la victoria, espero que se pueda solventar la situación antes que se pierda otro ascenso o titulo
