Academy - Driver Scout Data

This is a simple request actually. When scouting a young driver it would be good if you could actually see the drivers attributes before promoting them. For example if you scout 2 identical Talent Drivers, but one weighs less than the other it is more likely that you'll promote the lighter one, but it might be that the heavier driver has better attributes so it would make more sense to promote him.

Don't see why that makes a difference nobody really uses a promoted driver until they are full trained anyway 

Training goes so hards in the beginning that it makes only a day difference really, I don't see why. Did Red Bull for example precisely knew how good Verstappen was going to be in the Toro Rosso, or Williams about Sirotkin? There is always a gamble.

I agree with this. but for example, would it be ok to train the other employees? Such as the doctor, the designer and the race director? Maybe add a new facilty or from the hospitality. Could be interesting I think
