Hello, I have problem to edit the car, every time this error appears:

And no, I can not access through the computer browser, because I do not have it.

You'll need to download our app in order to open the livery editor.  It looks like you're going to igpmanager.com but that probably won't work on the device.  Download the app and that should fix the issue.

How do I download the app if you took support for Android 4.1.2? It was working fine, but now this bug has (as I reported it).
