When looking at a profile for the staff other than the driver, how about a next/previous button to move to the next person, rather than having to go back out to the list screen to click on the next person? Or the ability to filter by the charisma/morale/experience ratings?

For the drivers, how about the ability to filter by skill, rather than just age/nationality and wins?

Yup,

And more clarification on what is going on once a bid has gone in.

Someone outbid my offer for a Designer, and when they succeeded, they disappeared and found someone else.

So even though I was the highest bidder willing to sign this person up, I cannot have another go until the next race. 

It was confusing to say the least.

You can already search drivers however you want. Just click on skills view and then click on the option you want to know the highest value of (eg Talent) and it will show you the drivers who have the highest talent.

 would be better if theres more options in the filters bit for drivers, so u can filter all the skills, u put has to be over 14 in fast corners, 14 slow corners, 14 wet weather, 10 feedback etc, 70kg weigth or less and so on with the option to do it for all skills or at least what are classed as important skills, so then the only drivers that show up have at least those skills levels or above etc, see what i mean.

Right, I know you can filter by skill for the drivers, but I'm talking about support staff (tech director, commercial mgr, etc). They don't have skills other than experience, charisma, and morale.

This has been spoken about before and I think is something that is to be improved in the future.

Any discussion on what improvements players would like might be useful though.
