Zero reputation points??

I won the race and the game didn't give me any reputation points. Same happened yesterday, won the race but zero reputation points... Is this normal?

If you have the highest rep in the league or very close to the highest, you really don't gain much rep, and can actually lose rep even for a 1-2 finish

Yes I have the highest reputation in my league. But it's a very active and competitive league, we are many attending the races and there are a lot of 8+k reputation managers. I'm the only one at 9k though, but it always gave me some rep points when I got good results, now 0 points for two victories in a row, that's never happened before...

This happens to me a lot, it's difficult for myself to gain reputation as mine's gotten much higher than everybody else's in my league, but occasionally, everybody else catches up just enough in reputation to get me a couple extra rep some races.
