There was a minor interruption that lasted about 2 minutes total slightly before 6pm. The network was almost entirely functioning as normal even during that two minutes. Anyone who had already logged in was still able to browse during those two minutes. It should have resolved a long time ago. We're really talking 2-3 minutes here, we measured it and know exactly what caused it. I understand that you might be frustrated if you were in a rush to enter your race, but let's not blow that out of proportion.

This is also completely unrelated to anything to do with the connectivity issues in live races, although it may manifest the same symptom for the moment it was present. We are working hard on improving those problems, and hopefully you didn't have as many problems yesterday as say 2 weeks ago?

Are you sure Jack ?
Most of my tier couldn't log in which we have been discussing it in our league. 80%of the managers couldn't log in till the end of the race. What do yo say ?

Yes, that is not what we have seen indicated on our analysis tools at all. This is a slightly worrying case, if something like that was able to slip past detection.

Here's what I wrote on the league wall, if you guys could do this it would be very helpful:

Hi guys, if you have more information about what happened, we need it. Please email support@igpgames.com collectively with all of your experiences in the one email if you can and we will look into why some people apparently couldn't join for the entire race. We were only aware of an issue logging in just before 6pm, but that sounds like something else. Our systems have not detected any faults that would produce such symptoms, so we're going to need to dig deeper to understand that.
