Sponsor did not pay out after the race.

Hello. I had a problem with IGP Manager. Although I still had a race with the sponsor and I accomplished the goal not only did not give me the prizes but also the revenue. How can I request a refund ???

Hi Alessandro, do you remember what the race objective was? Did this problem happen on the app or on a computer? If the app, was it on Android or iOS?
