Hi! I believe many other managers share my pain of having to find a new set of staff when I level up. Sometimes I find a Chief Designer (CD) with the desirable Strength/Weakness combination, but then I level up and need to find a new CD. I suggest making the staff train-able so they can level up with the manager just like how the Drivers can.
