If you wish to have your races postponed please have the league host request so here and we will take care of it.
The issue was human error, and really unfortunate timing. I was hoping today would be a day to celebrate the improvements we've made to the service, for those racing at 17:00 though, unfortunately some code was uploaded by mistake which should not have been, which stopped the home page from functioning briefly. Some players figured out a way around by entering the game on any other page, which allowed them access to their race, but those who weren't quick to realise this will obviously have been unable to get in. As soon as we were made aware of this error occurring we corrected the situation.
I can only apologise for this human error which was impeccably timed, as if to contradict my pronouncements of how much better the service would be this evening! Overall, a week to forget for us, crowned by this event. Thanks for your continued support and patience throughout. We expect everyone racing throughout the rest of the evening will enjoy the benefits of the improved server performance, so 18:00 GMT - 21:00 GMT in particular, the busiest time of the day, should be noticeably improved.

I was not able to get into race although got podium but not fair result as our board leader jz managed P7 n P8

Hey Jack , Our race has been reset but the Rookie division in our league has gone back to the start of the season , The Pro's and Elites are ok though. Could you look into this please ...? Thanks

Those leagues have all been postponed now. Anthony, I've also corrected the errors with your calendar. That took all night! It was seriously messed up, but I know why. It was a one-off.

Sorry, we aren't able to fulfill specific requests like this. We give 6 Tokens which is enough to cover your request, though. Hopefully that helps.

Our race time got reschedule automatically by 50 mins back it use to happen at 6:20 IST today it happened @ 5:30 IST

Thanks Jack , Again thank you for the speedy response and quick action. I've seen a few complaining about the problems we've had they should have played back in the early days when we would have issues every other race. This game has come on a huge amount and we very rarely have a big issues anymore.... Running a real time live race sim is never going to be easy but you guy's do it brilliantly. :)

Sorry, this request was too late and seen only now as the next one is starting. If you'd like, I can remove / wipe the results for that race so taking them out of the standings? But it won't be re-run, just deleted. Was it Bahrain where you had problems?

I'm not invading this topic , The problem in this topic has caused my Rep to go down. I would like it sorted asap so if you have nothing to contribute to fix it then find someone that can please. Suggesting I start another thread is not very helpful , The IGP fault has caused chaos for a lot of my league members for 2 nights running they are not happy so you can understand my frustration Jose.
