I'm sure many know what is this, even tho apparently nobody wants to talk about it.
Please Jack and all the Devs team, do something about this "second season" design bug, as soon as possible.
In our league, the MJL (which is one of the Top 6 leagues in the whole game according to Reputation average), this is happening every season everytime a new manager gets to join our Elite tier coming from another league.
And it's not true that it only affects the game for the first few races, it always depends on how good and skilled the one who's getting benefits from the bug is. Now we have a damned Level 14 who apparently is amazing at managing live races, had no problems avoiding relegation and also finished this season with a 3rd place in Abu Dhabi tonight. Now as a Level 14 he also has a very high research power compared to ours, so even if at one point he's gonna get passed with the car developement, he can still easily keep up with that high research power even if he earn less design points per race. And believe me, he's not a noob, maybe a very expert and skilled manager with his second or third or fourh account or whatever. He's gonna be the one to beat next season without deserving it and we are not happy about it. A few managers are even considering about leaving the league for another one just because they're sick of this happening every damn time someone joins our league and they're right about being pisssed off cause we all have to work hard to get results, they're not given to us as a gift. Maybe he's not gonna win the next Championship, but still he will get undeserved results and will "steal" those points from other managers that have been in the league for long time and always work hard to even avoid a relegation spot.
Please, make it fair. Someone takes a look and reset his car to normal conditons at least.
