Parts slowly redusing and no woman driver from academy

Im having an issue the last 2-3 seasons were i loose parts wen  i repear my cars.Every time I loose 3-5 part ore or less and total so far i must have lost about 100.Im not in danger any time soon  to not having parts i was just wondering about it.Also i have summoned more then 10 20 talend drivers from my academy and no women came so far.Is this bad luck or something else.Thnx for your time

Having less and less parts is normal if you don't increase your reliebelity, and you don't get womans as often as mans, much like in real life.

I actually seem to women quite often usually every 5-6 male to 1 female

i havent got a woman in at least 50 drivers of every telent lvl.maybe its my luck
