No joining leagues during season-finale

A new rule has come in to effect immediately which prevents joining leagues while the final race of the season is ongoing, or while the league is waiting for the next season schedule to be released. If you attempt to join at this time you will now be greeted by this message:



It's possible to join the league as soon as the next season calendar has been generated. This was implemented to resolve a bug and an exploit:

1. A bug which allowed tiers within leagues to go over the allotted 16 or 32 team limit


2. An exploit which allowed a player to keep design points from the previous season going in to the next season, if they joined during the final race or after the final race, before the calendar had renewed

Leagues will also be prevented from showing on the league select page if they are in this phase of the season. It should only be a minor inconvenience, but it will fix these two important problem scenarios.
