Inactive player removed

Hi,
One  of à pro player in m'y league has been removed because of inactivity, but there's only 7 players left in pro league, only two races left To finish the season.
Is this possible To manually promote the two leaders ?

No, not as far as I know, but I can help you myself. I got some extra accounts which I can enter in for you. So promotion will be enabled if that is what you want. 

Edit: That Japanese Nintendo account is in by me, now promotion is on again, I hope I have helped you, and if you don't want him, just kick him.
