Need help with push levels

Please could someone explain,how to use the push levels during the race and where best to keep tyre temp.. many thanks. 

Blue is bad...red is worse than blue. That should be a good starting point

To add to Greg Post, higher the PL the quicker you get into the red, the PL to low at some tracks then you will be in the blue. Black is good and where you want to sit in the race and adjust your PL to stay in that zone if you can.

keep it on the edge of the red trough the lap with whatever push levels you find neccessary trough the lap. drive on the limit ;]
