Whats the difference between 4,5 and 5 stars staff, when they are both rated 15?

Simple 0.5 star! Lol. Higher the star better the performance so 0.5 star worth better performance so not a lot or a little more for 5 star than 4.5 star.

From observation a couple of seasons ago, in Elite a 4.5 star CD gave me 42dp per attribute (neither weak or strong) whereas a 5 star gave me 43. Across 7 areas that's an extra 7dp for Australia. It's only 7 areas because the CD strength hits the 50dp cap with both 4.5 and 5 star.
However, it would be interesting to know if anyone else has experience of this because I also don't think all 4.5 star CDs are equal.
