I have a problem. I see doctor level 17, with 5red stars, and i can't buy him, it's right. But doctor level 16 with 4.5 stars, this is wrong, my drivers lose 11% of health.
You cant buy the 5 red star one as you are a level below. If it was 5 yellow star then it would be the same level as you are and you could buy them. In a nut shell you can only buy staff or drivers at your level or below and not above.
