Everytime I level up I change my CD and TD to a new 4,5 star CD and TD. However, I see my maximum possible research power  % gradually decreasing (level 14 +- 62% on one attribute, level 15 56% on one attribute, level 16 52% on one attribute).

Is this normal or am i doing something wrong? This hurt obviously my car design point benefits by researching/spying.

its normal, im level 18 with 5* and have 46%
