Hi Craig, I've sent your account 10 tokens in regards to the original problem you wrote about.
It seems you've inadvertently created a new account using the same e-mail twice. Here's what you need to do:
1. Verify the account you are signed in with. When you tap on the forum tab in the app and log in, at the top of the page you will see a 'Play Now' button. Tap this button, then visit the Settings page.
2. If this the image below is what you see, where you do not see your typical profile picture, change the e-mail address to a different one (it doesn't even have to be valid).
3. Sign out of this account. Exit the pop-up browser (this is what pops up when you tap on the forum tab) so you can return to the app.
4. Tap on the forum tab again from the side menu. When you go to login, make sure you have tapped on the 'Sign in with iGP Manager' option and sign in normally using your e-mail and password. This should hopefully resolve the issue.
