Paid 16m in wages, but should

Hello, I hired a doctor for a little over 100k, and in the finances says that im paying staff wage arround 16 million but i dont have anyone that expensive and shouldnt pay 16million for any other thing, can anyone help me?

Hi Adrian, this isn't a bug, you fired a doctor who was retiring, in which you had to pay the full remaining cost of the contract to do so.

It's unclear why only retiring staff demand to be paid in full to terminate their contract, so I've returned the money to you.
