So, at the end of the year, I am in the relegation spot. However, when I checked the results over the year, there are 4 teams below me if I simply add all of our results and take the totals, but only 1 of them is below me in the standings. 2 of those teams' best results are better than mine (I got 14th as best, they got 11th and 13th as theirs).
So my question is how are the non points scoring positions calculated over the year, as it appears not to matter if you consistently beat another team if they happen to get 1 result better than yours during the season?

This has been asked before and the answer given by the iGP team was that the ranking of zero point teams is by best finishing position in the season. Where the best position is the same, the team who got it first are ranked higher.

Thanks Kevin, that explains the placings then, it makes utterly no sense to me to do it that way, but at least there seems to be a method in the madness :-)

It matches the points system of the real F1, except if there the best single result is also equal then the next best, and so on, counts.
