I am currently in Pro tier. If I leave my current league and make my own league will I be demoted back to Rookie or will I maintain my position in Pro.

I think if your in relegation zone you will be warned and relegated to Rookie, otherwise you will join Pro tier of any league you move to.

Never noticed that warning and a demotion, when u hop between leagues looking for 1 u join 1 and then are in relegation u can just leave it again and find another one and still be in pro. U never get demoted for leaving a league.
U only lose ur design points.
