Not all leagues are searchable

I posted this in bugs a couple of weeks ago and never got an answer in stead the thread was closed. 
Why are not all the leagues searchable when a manager wants to find a new home?
I have had friends and other managers search and one or two says it shows up but most say it does not even when you put the info in the filter. It is very hard to attract new managers if only 30% of the managers see that you have space for them to come join. 
Surely there must be something able to be done where all leagues that have space are searchable by ALL MANAGERS. I use to get new rookies join all the time. It been 3 to 4 weeks since any have joined and now my rookie league is dead because of this. It hard enough to keep new players interested in the game let alone having them in a dead league because No new rookies are coming in as the league is not searchable. 
I know I am not the only league with this problem and for the good of the game something needs to be done. 

I think something has happened too, where we would normally get new rookies everyday we are now waiting 3 days without any new joining. 

This never happens when searching using the same set of filters. I can search for races at 7pm and I only get 1 result from the 6 shown that are starting at 7pm. Search again and I see the same leagues yet you know for a fact there are more races at that time when you go to spectate, you see a list of hundreds starting at that time!

If I filter a search for 7pm start times why am I being shown ones at 6:30pm and 8pm or 8:30pm. Just tested there, searched with the same filters of 2 car league, 7pm start, race every day and get shown zero leagues starting at the specified time. Search again with the same filters and get the same leagues and done it a third time to be sure and exact same 6 leagues shown. The league I host matches all those filters and didn't show up.

Maybe putting a halt on creating new leagues for now should be considered? It is hard enough with all the adverts in the league section to drive players towards already running and half full leagues without new ones being created.

Yep it shows the same 6 over and over again with only one of the selected time showing despite there being many at that selected time that i know of.

It seems to just throw random leagues at you, the onky thing that seems to changd the leagues is if u change number of cars in it.

It the same leagues show up all the time and when  you put 8am for an example you may get one or two leagues show that time and the other 4 are other times and the two that show at 8am are not my league. It is broken and does not work. my rookie league is down to 5 managers now as I have had no one join for well over a season now I use to all ways get rookies. I can understand the struggle with pro leagues but rookies should not be like this. 
I know there is important stuff going on in the updates but this really needs looking at as leagues are in serious trouble because of this problem and it not because of bad management from the host.

In our Dutch league the same "problem". No new rookies for about a week now... Is there something wrong?

So it is not ok at the moment, isn't it? We haven't had anyone joined in (apart from someone who replaced his account) for 2 weeks now.


Can we promote people to join in the established league rather than creating their own new league? By joining an established league, their rep will go up more quickly too.

So is anyone from the developer team going to look into this and try to fix it or is it just not a priority that leagues with active hosts are sinking because most of the time their league does not show up in a broken search engine? 
We even had a moderator post here saying it is broken and not working?

Brad - I think all resources from the small team will be concentrating on the upcoming update which is due to be released within a few weeks.

As much as the update will be a great addition to the game, actual functionality of the site/app and basic workings of the search system should be held in higher importance than some of the visual updates that are forthcoming.

Not going back to the home page every time you click out of a popup box(driver/manager/find/spectate) instead it goes back to the page you last viewed - e.g find a driver by name you click on the driver you find then, close that box and you need to start your search all over again.
Scrolling up and down the standings within the app when live viewing your own race like you can do when spectating another race. if that cant be done then display the tyre/lap time information in the box that appears when you click on the disk/car in the race viewer instead of the team name etc

I am looking forward to the new updates. The tire wear updated is needed so badly and also the new tracks. I don't expect this search engine problem to be fixed over night. But it be nice if they would acknowledge there is a major problem with it at the moment and it needs to be fixed soon.
At the moment they can't seem to do that and the only comment is post number 2 that it is not broke and all is good with it three days ago and all the post under that proves it is not so and it is very much so broke.

Nice to see no one will take ownership of this and admit there is a major problem and it needs to be fixed?
But some one was nice to close the thread and I guess hope that it would just disappear. 

I know you guys are busy but how long does it take to at least come on here and say get stuffed or yeah there is a major problem and we will start working on it?

You will have a long wait and get nothing.
