Not making enough money

Hello there, we are fairly new to the game -have been playing for a couple of months only- but we've noticed now that we are levels 7-8 we are struggling to make money. We are basically running a league amongst friends and we're not enough people to promote or anything, so not sure if what I'm going to ask is just silly. Do sponsors give more money out of rookie? If so, would it be possible to change the category of our league so we can keep playing amongst ourselves without having to join a random league?

You have to make sure your selectibg the right sponsors, picminb one that gives tokens is ok but it will mean you lose money every race.

Your drivers will be paid more each time u extend the contracts, staff too.

Best way is to select sponsor that give most cash payout, dont have more staff or drivers than u need and try to get back into the plus

I did have the sponsors that gave the most money. Still managed to get to -14m the last season we raced. And it's not only me, it's literally 100% of the field is losing money with the sponsors. Our staff and drivers are asking for too much money already that is just too much for the money we make with the sponsors.

-14 mil is excessive.

How many TD on staff? How many times have you hired a new one this season?
Same questions for CD and doctor

How many drivers on staff? 
Are you over extending by building up your facilities too fast?
Which sponsors are you picking exactly and why?

I get 3 tokens every race and the highest bonus woth that.   And with those tokens u can get extra money 

Try not to take a doctor so u save some cash on his salary having just a simple doc

I was down on cash the whole time too until i started taking 3 tokens a race  and changing them in for money  15 tokens will give u 20miljon 

Mikel you have done very well in getting two high talent drivers which must have cost you a pretty penny. And you also have all 3 staff which are high category to your level so clearly will be charging quite a lot every race. I don't recommend selling the drivers because you won't be as lucky to find good drivers again but you could cut down by selling your DR. And get cheapest DR which cost 50K per race. CD and TD are important but if you are losing money you need to sell TD and save up money. Or other option is to simply convert tokens into cash if you don't have many tokens than last option is to buy tokens with real money than convert it to cash. 

In my opinion u really dont have to sell any staff member or buy any tokens   getting 20 mil every 5 races will fix your problem fast enough,  i have expensive driver and staff too, even having a top doc and it works for me  just take the sponsor 3 tokens and highest bonus, and the other one the highest income with lowest bonus ,  this is to ensure u dont lose a lot when u dont get your sponsor requirement.
