No wonder I have had no new members to my league. I tried searching my league using the time filter. Put 10:00 am and it gave me leagues that start at 11:00 and 10:30 am. When I used the 1 car function is still gave me leagues that have 2 cars! When I searched my league name I finally found my league, The WorldWide Racing Championship.

Yeah, I've experienced the same problem searching for friendly leagues. Even though those league were not full, I wasn't able to find any.
