We are investigating issues that occurred around the time in the title of this thread. We believe they relate to a particular situation that can unfold when there are issues with the database network. They should be resolved within a week or two.

UPDATE - 19:00 GMT. All broken races have been skipped due to the delayed response rather than restarted or postponed. Tokens and apologies have been sent to all affected users.
