TranslateAt what point do you guys think a new player should start investing and developing the Youth Academy looking for talented drivers for the Elite Circuit?

I'd say around level 10-12 is a good time for that, depending how good, or costly, your last transfer bought (pair of) driver(s) is. Earlier drafting a driver costs too much token and while those YA drivers still want less wage you'd need luck to get a high enough talent right away to be kept for those several seasons needed to make it cheaper than buying a similar driver from transfers and spending the remaining difference of token for cash. But going at those still rather low levels for a perfect talent 20 right away would still cost quite a huge amount of token on average in searching.

Wait till you get to level 12 id say, then build yoyr academy upto 5 stars and bingo bango you got yourself a good driver, sadly it wont help as so does eveyone else,lol, oh and the terrible lag in races, lack of ppl to race due to inactivity,lol
