Thanks for the link, Java wasn't up-to-date, so that's now sorted. Now, however, it's just coming up "CONNECTION PROBLEM" in red? Without knowing what kind of connection problem I'm going to struggle to solve it? I'm on a local area connection, so I've got 1Gbps. The site is marked as trusted. Any other theories?

Sorry for the delay, can you try refreshing the page? the race is definetly running. Are you at home/work?

I've tried that, but no joy. I'm at work, is there likely to be a setting that's preventing me from viewing this? I've just tried refreshing it again and now it won't even bring up the "CONNECTION PROBLEM" box that was there before, it's just white!

TCP port 25010 could be blocked by whoever on your network, not sure how easy that is for you to find out, or have unblocked

EDIT... Not sure if there is a workaround as yet will try and find out for you

I'll check when I'm back at work on Monday and let you know.

I've checked and that port is blocked. The IT team are saying that they don't want to unblock it as it increases the risk to the network. Is there any kind of workaround?
