Race re-run requests

If you would like a race re-run, please get the league host to post here with the race ID in question. Races will only be re-run if they were affected by a problem with the service.


  1. The race name and race ID must be shared in your posting

  2. The race must be the most recent race in the league at the time of your post

  3. The race must be in the current season for the league

  4. The re-run must be requested by the league host, not any member of the league

  5. Developers/Support must be given sufficient notice (at least 12 hours, preferably 24) to see the post and respond to it.



When a race is re-run:

  • Results, stats changes, financial transactions and more are reversed relating to that race.

  • All tiers will be postponed, not just the one affected, in order to keep the calendar in sync. It is the responsibility of the league host to get consensus on this from his or her leaguemates before making the request.



If a race is unable to be re-run, the results can be deleted and omitted from the championship upon request from the league host.

All the re-run requests should be done now.

Stephen, please refer to the first post in the thread regarding the situation. As a rule we postpone all tiers to keep the schedule in sync, so nobody is waiting days for races or seasons to end.

hello, I saw your message in the chat of the game, you can restore the race tonight because the assets and strategies have remained unchanged (at least this I find), if you think that restoring it to today are lost and then you create a problem both for you and for us, then we send it back to August 29th.

yes but Jack is too late, an entire afternoon went by without news and so we all trained the riders and got organized to run on Wednesday.

I have now spent 10 tokens to restore the pilot, but many other managers will not even be connected.

Damn. I've obviously been busy with the server migration and only remembered to check in on your league later in the day.

So now we do actually need to delete the race and re-run it? :(

Jack I'm sorry, but you also understand my position, I already struggled to understand why the race was canceled, I convinced everyone that it was good to run on Wednesday, now I find myself managing who complains that he spent token to train the riders to participate in the race at the last moment, those who complain that they spent credits for engines and spare parts. So I ask you to reschedule the race for the next day, but also to compensate the managers in some way, I hope you understand.

All races that were scheduled tomorrow have been moved now. We still had a few coming in from new leagues as well.
