Elite Promotion please help!!!

Hello everyone, I need help, we are in a league with a few people and I wanted to ask if it is possible to pass all the teams in Elite to make the competition better, please someone can do something to help us?

Sorry buddy but it doesn't work like that. Best thing find another fuller league and join them for better racing experience.
