probably mentioned before but can we have two options for wet tires so we can set rain levels on what tires or atlast show the rain level before race

Agree, something needs to be done when it rains.

Let me vent my frustration.
I am in a league where just 2 people were active last races.
Last race was in Sepang.

Live weather you say? Not a single drop rain has fallen in Sepang for the last 3 days! Maybe someone could explain what live weather means here, it makes no sense to me.
So it is already sketchy that iGP chose to give me and my active opponent intermediates while other people (not very active managers) got wets.
We got destroyed in the first lap. 13 seconds slower than full wet tyres. I joined 4 laps in the race and was already lapped.
Real funny iGP. In my opinion a very bad chosen design or something to add on the todo list pronto.

It seems like it could be a simple thing to display the rain level for practice/qualifying and race conditions...would help alot

There was heavy rain reported to us from the site we use to get live data between 18:00 and 20:10 UTC which is what the sims reflected.

I would like to note these weather values come from the GPS location of the tracks or at least the nearest weather station to that point.

It’s mainly so we can select the best tire ether inters or full wets depending on the conditions at the moment your relying on practise runs 5 mins before and then it’s anyones guess as the conditions could change in the last 10 mins before the race. Being able to have two options would allow us to set inters from 1mm rain and full wets from 3.5 that will also help if people cannot make the race but have set up before hand and conditions get worse as the laps go on.

Dwaine, in your strategy you can choose to set Wets from 3-4mm and back in inters after 1 lap. This helps a lot for the start and/or when you don't play live.
What's missing tough, is the preferred type of tire and push level on case it stops raining. Or at least another level after the 3mm that we can define the tires.

Yeah, but that is just not correct. I checked wunderground and accuweather at Sepang International Circuit: 0 rain an hour before the race and none expected in the hourly forecast. Something is going wrong with the rain reports
