Pit crew

As a suggestion can we work on upgrading pit crews? Right now they r very inconsistent. One of my drivers who was ahead pitted before his teammate and at the end of the cycle he was behind him. Not complaining but this is just as a suggestion to have more fun. It doesn't need to be complicated like driver training cause then people would be broke but like if we could also invest to make stops quicker.

I think this is for the answer of question about no yellow flag incident. Adding spice to the race.

Pitting early(undercut) never works in this game. You can gain a couple of seconds by pitting one lap later than cars you are racing against.

Low fuel vs high fuel negates the tyre wear difference.

I will try that. Just noticed how inconsistent my guys were cause I normally pit off set
