Hiya mate we’re looking for members if you want to join us?  It’s a nightmare trying to get people to a new league, we’re on our fourth season and would be happy to have you join us?

Hi Barry, James and his members have come across and joined our league. 

It might be worthwhile looking into that as a solution. Two of your teams will get promoted to an empty Elite league killing off promotion prospects the next season.
