I began constantly seeing a black screen or a title screen. And with the wonderful enters to the game, menu items hang and do not respond.

- phone: galaxy s6
- reconnect, restart, reinstall - done
- cache cleared
- browser versions are working

The same for me and several people from my league. Seems to me that the problem is once again somehow up to Russian internet restrictions and bans, because I'm in Russia atm as well as those people from my league who have same issues with the app.

In that case you could try to use a vpn app like tunnelbear to see if it works around it.

Yeah, it works through the VPNs but it only helps when you need to do simple things like prepare for the race or reply someone. Race viewer and participating in auctuons is a huge headache as VPN connection can be unstable especially when every second counts and every moment of your absence due to bad connection can cost you a lot.

The problem is still unresolved. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Today it was so bad, that even VPN didn't work out for several minutes after the race.

We are investigating this. I also had trouble loading the site for 5 minutes or so, but it started working a few minutes ago.

We've found the issue. It is related to new user sessions. Existing sessions are running fine.

We will be applying a fix shortly.
