Retirements.

Recently I have noticed that suspension failures only happen in the last 3 laps of a race. Also if there is more than one retiree, they all seem to retire at the same time. 
My suggestion is that retirements happen randomly any lap of the race. 

Also I suggest that you also add yellow flags/safety cars when somebody does retire

yellows and safetys would be great but I can imagine that would take some doing to implement but would add another amount of uncertainty in the race which is needed....
