I just went to set up for Europe GP and it's raining.  It says my dry weather set up is good, but the lap times are 6 seconds off the rest of the league and when I peaked in on a live race it was pouring.  I still see the notification that weather is frozen, so I'm guessing this is a bug.  Not bothered by it, just reporting it
