Add filters on staff search

When we look for a CD, it is very complicated to appear one with the desired attributes, it can take months, because only 4 or 5 options appear and it is never what we want. One idea would be to create a filter mechanism, where we would choose the desired strength / weakness. A second option would be to shuffle the search every time we enter the market, not needing 3 hours to renew the offer ...

I agree that the engineers offered are not attractive at all. At the same time, I understand the gamers not including top engineers all the time, since that would make the game boring too. So you need to cope with what there is, just as the competitors you are racing against (most probably).

I suggested time ago to make an engineers academy (same as the drivers academy) where you can train the engineers and improve them too

I agree with staff  and driver search filters...the system definitely needs more options....as does HoF

That's a nice idea actually. Strengths and Weaknesses should be completely random, and new Chief Designers from the Engineer Academy, starting at Level 4.



Only thing is the cost per try for a Chief Designer.

There are 56 possible combinations for a CD, 12 of which are useful (imo) Taking into account that it currently costs 9 Tokens to change CDs (every 2 levels or so), it would have to cost 15 Tokens per try (to roughly match the 'Transfers' marketplace cost.


But at least I won't have to keep refreshing the page, hoping a good CD will come. They never come! xD
