ok, first: Dan you should to speak normally because i'm not english and play with game in italian so i don't know what is ppl. Second: if the problem is the use of tokens, so there isn't because we buy the pilots from academy for 15 tokens + 1 for the research. Could be the same for the staff members.

Great idea tho i think 15 coins plus 1 4 recruitment does not compare to 5 ppl (people)(usually more) bidding 20 coins (usually more) for 1 cd.
So make ur great idea more profitable n i think it'll be implemented as soon as the chance arises.

Do you spend 20 tokens for each staff member? You are crazy. I didn't spent never more than 9 buying members without offers and 9 is less than 15. Like me many players buy without members without offers so if you want to do an average 15 is on average between 9 and 20, so it's the same.

Your argument would only make sense if the original message was in italian. Why would u try n pronounce something in italian when the rest of the text is in english. Thats just silly.

I have learned to try not to spend so much coins on staff, but u should try it once, im pretty sure ull hv to once u get to a higher level. Ppl will spend a lot more than 20coins on a good cd. So ur staff training/recruiting might work 4 doctors n td's, but good cd's with the proper skills are hard to come by. They go for a lot more than 20. I suggest u start saving coins......

Please can you write correctly? Now what is td's? Technical directors? In Italian is DT (direettore tecnico). And 4 doctors? I took 10 minutes to understand that was for and don't four. I don't understand the half when you wirte so.
Also the good members can be bought for 9 coins if you are fast.

I totally agree with the original post, we need a 'youth academy' setup for finding great staff members or to train current staff bought in the transfer market in the same way we train our drivers. This could be achieved by getting rid of that useless 'offices and hospitality' building in 'Headquarters' and making it a 'Staff Training Center', or summat like that.
Having this feature will probably increase transfer market activity too as those staff with less stars that normally get ignored could possibly get snapped up by someone willing to train them up to a higher star level.....I log in near enough every day and i'm extremely lucky if I find a 4-&-a-half star staff member of any type, especially a Chief Designer with a good strength, let alone a 5 star staff member in the transfer market. Maybe these types of staff members only appear at peak times of the day....like when i'm at work (4pm to midnight)

I agree too.. it would be best 4 us all. (Players that is). 4 igp the gain would be negative. They will lose a lot of money. Hence i say. Improve the idea.
Because i dont think throwing away money is something any company or business would prefer.
And on the 'normal' part. No. If u want to discuss this in italian because of ur lack of comprehention of the english language i am sorry 4 u, but u should post your comment on the italian forum or ask ur respective translator to help u when u dont understand. Everything i type can be deducted from the text.
Im not going to write out every 50 letter word just because your setting is to italian. Maybe u should change your settings to english so u can learn english much faster. My tip 2 u. My tip 4 everyone that doesnt understand what TD means btw.

I stand by, great idea, but there is no benefit for igp. The transfermarket will not boom. It will turn everyones eyes away from it as all will recruit their own staff for way less than what high level cd's with the right skills go for now.

Guys, please stay on-topic and stop arguing about language. We are here with a large mix of different nationalities, every person with a different level of English, there's no point in arguing who is better in it.
I would however recommend to write proper English as much as possible and not use too many abbreviations or "sms-language" because it's not always clear for everyone what it means.

No. Cus then we'll be stuck with a doctor of 800k to 1m or more. Having great staff should b a choice. Sometimes i want a good doctor. Sometimes i dont.
If u want staff not to leave either renew ur contracts or pull ur team from the league till u can be active enough to renew your contracts....

How about going to universities? There could be a uni section you go to try to recruit staff, you can check out their strengths & weaknesses and other important aspects of them as you can now in the transfer window, and if you find one that fits the bill, you can make them an offer, each offer can be accepted or rejected by the candidate. Each time you make an offer it costs a set number of tokens. So you could offer a low salery but with the risk of it being rejected and you lose your tokens, then you can either walk away or make a new offer, this can carry on until your offer is accepted, you walk away or the candidate signs with another team. Or, you can decide that you desperately want this person and offer a really high salery which you're fairly certain will be accepted but, of course, you'll be paying a high salery and one which will continue to rise for as long as you keep this person.

Dont get me wrong, im all for the idea of staff recruitment through a facility instead of hoping to catch a good cd before anyone drops 1 coin on it, n u have to go against people with a lot bigger wallets. I just dont think it will be as profitable for igp as the current transfermarket is. Since great tds are not easy to find and great cds are just scarce at best.
Maybe upping the cost for finding a cd through a recruitmentfacility and or upping the cost for aquiring one (in comparison to drivers maybe a 1:5 ratio on coins)(seems steep) but i think(know for a fact) ppl will spend way more than thirty coins (i gave up after 30) on a great cd. N when in bidding wars. Even with only 1 other bidder its times 2, plus all the people that bid 1 coin n then gave up.... i think 75 or even a 100 coins might benefit all. (My estimate might still be low)
Because sitting on the transfermarket all day (and night) long to find the right person for the job can be a pain in the ..., and some people might not have the time to do so.
I just hope when implemented, this staffacademy doesnt spam us with doctors for 5 coins per find.. but in the end, If an occasional great max level (according to player level) cd comes along, i think it'll be worth it in the end
