Promotions

Now that the game has started to flow and less people are joining the game, Rookie Leagues are becoming smaller and smaller, and i noticed in the league im in that promotion is now unavailable due to insufficient number of players. Is there no way of activating the promotion/relegation so it is available to the smaller rookie leagues that seem to be around. Im not sure on the actual figures, but im guessing of the 6172 players, i reckon that around there are probably 1500 maybe who are inactive, maybe 750 rookie, 1250 pro and 2672(numbers left) who are elite. I hope im wrong in this, but i feel its harder now to get out of being a rookie if you are a new player.

yes - that could be very discouraging for any new managers who have just joined.

No idea what the solution is though!
