Reset all time race records

Should all time records be deleted for every race?

Since tires are not performing as fast as before I think that race records (both qualifying and fastest lap during race) should be deleted. I don't think anyone can beat any of those at the moment (I don't mean in my league only, everyone has a big disadvantage with new tires).
