How do you tell what sort of standard drivers you should look for depending on your level? Every driver I look for isn’t my level!...

Hi John :) Talent stat is what you should be looking out for in Drivers.

Every -1 Talent works out at +0.050s/lap. A 20 Talent will be -0.950s/lap faster than a 1 Talent, with all other stats same.

And since you are now Level 10 Manager, you can scout 20 Talent drivers from your Youth Academy. Can use a fair amount of Tokens to find, and costs 15 Tokens to promote, but it will work out cheaper in the long term, and you can challenge for wins ^_^

Requires a Level 10 Youth Academy as well ;)
