When trainning Health the past few races, my drivers health % has not gone up 1% the past 2 races that I am sure of... Watched it close the past few races and just now after trainning I did not get a bump.
Am I over looking somthing, my driver is 19yrs old.

If you're talking about your team then your driver is 25 years old.
Did you train health by the staff training or physical by the driver training?

opps srwy about that I was think of the age of my gpro driver.. however, it is IGP Driver thats been at the same % for two races or more. this last time, today, I went mental and health. I almost alwasy do health, the on the first tab, i have been trannning around the gambit.. mostly on speed.

Your drivers looses health by driving races so maybe he looses the same amount of health than he gains from training which would result 0 gain of health?
D Patrick medal 5000 12 years 161 days ago
i will double check after this race, but loseing health during the race is normal but the age related loss of health should not be the case here @ 25. But I will watch closer..

You lose 1% health per race. If you train physical, you gain 2%, if you train "health" for the staff, you gain an extra 1%.
Train both and you'll gain 2% every race.

Jason, as informative as that may be I'm not sure it's the way to show newere managers the way. By all means it's probably accurate, but the basics have been given for newbies like myself and D.Patrick to search for the data. Spoon-feeding it to everybody driven enough to read the forums will, long-term, lead to more bored managers leaving the game as there's nothing to find...or be told.

I can understand where you're coming from but if you ask me too many people in this game are blunt and unhelpful at the best of times (and many managers seem to have a problem with strat/knowledge sharing which I can't even begin to comprehend.) I sure wish I had someone give me a few pointers like that when I started out - I've learnt almost everything (I've had a few friendly managers help me out) the hard way and it's been a problematic journey. Some people still seem to struggle to understand the basics of this game even after 3 seasons of racing, and after frustration of not being able to work it out they stop playing, so some specific tips in black and white might just be what they need to stay enthused :)
Sorry if I gave away too much info though D Patrick.

Those who are committed and analytic enough will find it the hard way, as that's the most rewarding way at the end of it all. Those who don't can either fight for 20th in their rookie groups, or ask somebody in their elite group how to analyse the data. Getting fed information on a spoon in any case is not the way to go, and it means the line between genuine talent and fast food eaters (will explain that later) is completely blurred. That's not how it should be, IMO.
Fast food eaters: somebody who, rather than buy some cheap dry / frozen food to cook at home, will buy a greasy burger / chips combo for 3x the price.
How it relates to this subject is that those who get given the info don't deserve it, and will likely get bored and leave the game when in direct competition with those who are still learning, but get nothing.
Apologies for sounding so negative. lol.

Luke, this type of elitism is more likely to drive budding players away, in my experience. Communities and organisations I've been involved with in the past which have had this style of "community" haven't been especially pleasant!
If "fast food eaters" leave the game anyway, and all we have left are those who have the knowledge and those who are still learning, then what difference does it make?
I'm about to enter my 4th season and there's still a lot I don't know - and nuggets of information like this help me to understand the game that bit better. So, thanks very much to Jason!
