Practice - Weather Bug?

Can you check a possible bug for this race?

I set up a few minutes before the race, weather at set up was Sunny and 28degrees.   

When the race connected, it was Cloudy and 18degrees.

Another Manager advised that their practice has shown 24 and Sunny.  

My Strat was set based on it being 28 and Sunny - which affected my result as i’d have gone different at 18. 

Just want to make sure it’s not a bug you don’t know about/don’t fix.....

The weather forecast says cloudy 26 degree and no rain

But the practice lap times are self explanatory, 1.33 instead 1.28 so it should be raining ...

Same for me too with being 2.5 seconds off the pace, showing dry when should be wet.
