I am not sure if this is a bug or i am doing something wrong. but my rookie league as dwindled down to nothing and for the past year i have not had this problem. I didn't see anyone else saying this may be a bug.
I went to search for active leagues and it doesn't matter what time or days i want to race the search filter shows the same leagues at completely random times through out the day. It could be because i am in elite. but if there are any active rookies they are not able to move up to pro in my league
I maybe doing something wrong but like i said in the past i have never had a problem filling up the rookie division.

You're doing nothing wrong, it's a general issue. It seems to be a combination of many new leagues generated during the big run on the game after launching the new App, the pruning of the inactive players emptying especially the Rookie and Pro tiers in a lot of leagues, the lower number of new players during summer and that the game selects only a few leagues out of the many with vacant spots to show and that not even applying the search filters can change that. Only those leagues finally filling up and dropping out of the list can, but with that many (partially) empty leagues it may take quite a while before our leagues are selected into the list of 'promoted' leagues, especially since in the past leagues with too few players in a tier seem to be overlooked by default.

A similar problem, and the league select filter does not work.

I really think that is a point that needs to be fixed. The rookies used to fill up. I could get kick all 16 teams an hour before it the race and it would get full. Now i am down to 1 rookie. Who has been active with no chance of moving up because there is only 1 team.

Its never worked, there have been many posts on it and still it gives totally random leagues

Was starting to think that it had been fixed a little bit as I now have a full Rookie tier with random teams from countries all over joining. Not saying they have all stayed active but a good group of 5/6 out the 16 seem to be playing regularly.

Yeah we got some too but try searching for a league, random times random days,lol
