Is This a Bug or Not ?

I often play this game on PC browser. But sometime, when i open it on Android igp, the driver report of practice could be diferent. Why it can be like that ? Is this some bug or not ? Thankyou very much.

Ive had a pratice bug where my driver tells me is perfect yet 5 mins b4 the race it changes to everything wrong, not sure whats up with that.

About the weather. Actualy, no! Oh, yes. It changes. Only temperature. But it still dry, as well. Is it matter?

Weather does not matter, unless it rains its the same set up, 3 ppl in my league have noticed this in our last race.

It seems to o ly do it if you set up thr day before as today i did my set up on race day and it was fine yet 3 ppl who set up yesterday had problems, same temp yet set up wrong.

Explain?
