DRIVER EXPERIENCE SCORE

Hi I appreciate driver training will not increase a drivers 'experience' rating. So what is the best way to get a drivers 'experience' rating up. If it's simple by completing races, how many races does it take to advance the rating by 1pt and are there any other ways to speed up this process. I've tried to find the answers to these question without success sadly.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thnx ST

Experience rises at a rate of 1pt per 10 races complete
No way to speed this up

Thnx Sean I appreciate you taking time out to confirm that info. Regards ST

Hi just thought I would get another Shaun involved :P

Cheers Bro … always time for a fellow Shaun … especially one with the CORRECT spelling lol !!!! I'll pop along to your league have a look what the racings like

Lol yeah it's a competitive league with quite a few always live racing....got a bit stale since everyone generally using softs but obviously that's the case everywhere....but still we gotta try and stop Marco running away with the league lol
