Spanner in the works?

I was wondering if we could randomly throw a spanner in the works of the teams who work from previous settings. What I mean is, for example, arrive at Singapore to find that it's been resurfaced and previous settings are useless. Or in Brazil it's raining but only over half the track. How about, during the race, it starts to rain but only over half the track, what do you do? Stay on slicks, change to inters? I'm just musing, thinking out loud as ways to make races less predictable. 

Just give us new tracks, no one knows those,lol

A game without fresh content is a dead game, i dnt know how long it takes to code a track but it should be possible to do 1 every month.

We need aroubd 50 tracks then each season it picks the 17 tracks randomly.

Even adding some of the old tracks from each of the different countries. EG here in Australia we have had in the past Grand Prix at:
Phillip Island, Adelaide, Tasmania, Calder Park etc etc

It surely couldnt take that much to get the old ones up and running!

I like the track proposal. Randomly chosen sounds fun! They have been announcing new tracks for some months now and none have arrived...
