Sorry if this has been posted before. I've been through a few of the latest posts and can't see it anywhere.
Could training be implemented on a daily, not race by race basis?
The reason I put this forward is that the leagues that are running 4 races per week will have much better drivers and staff than those running only running 1 or 2 races per week.
If it was a daily training schedule it would also encourage people to log in daily even if they don't have any upgrades or other business to take care of.

Uhm, the pace is entirely different for 1-2 days per week races.
You gain EXP at a slower rate
You gain Design at a slower rate
You gain training points at a slower rate.
Frequent users are rewarded with faster sources of progression.
The more you play, the more you are rewarded.
On a related note, it has been discussed to change Subscriber to last per race instead of per month as that is quite bothersome for many.

Surely this is exactly what I'm saying.
I log in most days because I move my designers around to get the maximum number of upgrades between races.
Why can't I do training every day? This would do exactly what you said:
"Frequent users are rewarded with faster sources of progression.
The more you play, the more you are rewarded."

Because Drivers currently age by races completed.
If you bought a decent 19 year old driver, raced once per week yet trained daily, then he would be absolutely unstoppable by the time he is 20-21.

You should probably just join a league that runs races more frequently.

Thanks Ryan. Did not realise that's how the aging works. Makes sense now.
