Lets start that i have 2 accounts... 

1 account is logged in into the app but i get for both accounts notifications on my phone... and 1 account (which where im logged into the app) but the notifications for my 2nd account are not so much appreciated..

And i have no idea how i can have notifications for both accounts while im logged in on just 1.. and i uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app amd cleared the cache..

On your 2nd account click igp logo. Bottom of the list there is a cog (tandwiel (dutch)) click it. U go to settings. In settings click privacy. There u can adjust the settings for notifications

I think u get double notifications because the notifications are not connected to your logged in account, but because your accounts are connected to either your phone or a static ip adress. Im not sure on it.
