Hq says built but not built

Timer got to zero, received a message to say construction complete but still on 4 star as it was before so took my money wasted days and no construction.

I did still only 4 star it should be 4.5 star but didn't upgrade

Ive watched buildings timer run out and it did not upgrade it  untill i rebooted the game.

Did u recently become a lvl 16 manager? 

If so it could account for the stars staying the same.

Nope been level 16 for Some time now nearly 3 weeks.

Ok another HQ building not built this time I built simulator building money taken timer clocked down but not built. So that's 2 building not built. Simulator building was at 3 star then after 2 days it should have got to 3.5 star but it's still at 3 stars.

Hi Jack thanks for responding I'm not sure what level both manufacturing or simulator facility were prior to upgrade but I normally look at stars and manufacturing for parts was on 4 stars I did upgrade paid money received message stating construction complete but still 4 stars so I reported that then upgraded simulator facility it was 3 stars so after another 2 days which is how long it takes to build money charged message received construction complete but still on 3 star as before.

By the way this has not happened before ever.

I'm building the manufacturing facility again it takes 2 days to build but if it helps I can use tokens to speed up the process and see if the star increases this time. If not then something is broken for sure. 

Nope...... ooops I didn't look and I can't see it anymore as it's already in process. But once built this time it should star up from 4 to 4.5 as it didn't last time.

I paid 5 tokens to speed up the process and building just completed and this time the star rating increased from 4 to 4.5, but still doesn't make any sense why for the last 2 times building wasn't built on 2 differrent facilities and I was charged for them as well. 

I think this is why^^

Simple math would explain a lot
