Resizable chat box

Hi there, short post about something that came up in conversation within a race.

Purely and simply, make the chat box (atleast in the 2d viewer) resizable so you can budge it into the centre of the track or somewhere else that's more of a convenience, rather than having alot of blank, unremovable space.

Sorry if this has already been said / planned, skimmed through and couldn't find anything relating to it.

I use push "H" which brings the chat up on the left side (without a chat box), and then use T to bring up a temporary type box.

So just press H for that? Sounds awesome :D

I think the chat box used to be on the track during beta and it was thought better where it is.
I might be wrong.

This has been on the drawing board for quite a long time.  Luckily it's something that's easy to deligate though.  So we should be able to get this done in parallel with everything else that's going on.  Thanks for the suggestion/reminder!
